Dear Karen: I have read several ways (as u wrote) how u cared for your hair thru all sorts of methods; nutrution, vitamins, foods, moon phases, aveda shampoos etc. Now for my question, thru all this experimenting, what were methods that u found most valid that were healthy and quick for your hair. thank u

Dear Rita,I found that it is a combination of things that work best.First of all you need to keep the ends trimmed religiously so that the hair can grow and be healthy. Jim Butchee taught me how important this is.Then it is important to have balanced nutrition. I found that a scientific hair analysis really helped my hair grow faster because I started getting my body balanced with the right nutritions and vitamins.Also I found that scalp massage made a difference because it relaxed my head and helped my hair overall. . I believe in my heart also that trimming my hair by the moon has made a difference.I think everyone has to experiment because what works for me...may not work as well for others. Overall I would say though that working for having a healthy body is a major step. All the other things help, but you have to start with good health.Thanks for your interest.Regards.Karen
