Hi Everybody,I have been lurking for some time. I love all the great stuff that is posted here.My girlfriend has hair to the middle of her back and is always complaining that it gets so tangled when she sleeps.Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I don't want her to get any ideas on cutting it...so any suggestions would be appreciated.Would it help if she braided it first? Thanks. Keep up the good "talk"Simon
Hi Simon!First of all, tell your girlfriend how wonderful it is to have long hair! I'm in the process of growing mine and would love to have hair that length. Secondly, as long as your girlfriend uses coated elastics or cloth covered schruncies (spelling?), and makes sure that when she puts her hair up that it is not tight... why not try a braid (which gives nice waves if done while hair is wet)?!Your girlfriend might want to experiment with what she likes best.Best of Luck!Jenn Ann

I do this myself and it works; my hair has few tangles. I prefer not to use any elastics at all; I just braid my hair the way it is, but it is her choice.
