I used to have long hair, but I was forced to cut it off. Now I'm looking for a way to make my hair grow faster. I really don't want to wait for 2 more years growing my hair out long. I realize that this will take some time, but any thing that will speed up the process will be much appreciated.
Unfortunately when it comes to growing hair...our bodies have a mind of their own. The average hair will grow from 1/2 inch to 1 inch per month. The way to assist any normal hair growth is to trim regularly to remove split ends, eat healthy, treat your hair with the best products and the least amount of damage and be patient.Mary

> Good advice from Mary. Also, make sure you massage your scalp each night with a blend of natural oils, like jojoba, etc. I mix my own with jojoba, coconut oil, cocoa butter, aloe vera, and St. John's Wort (supposed to stimulate hair growth). The oil is good for your roots and the massage will keep the circulation moving in your scalp, which is vital for hair growth. My hair is currently at 25 inches and growing every day.> Good luck!Jennifer
Hello,I found that by cutting your hair alittle on the day of a new moon works VERY WELL. Please check out the "TIPS" section of this page and find out more about moon phases. It may be well worth your time...It was for me!-Robin
