Well, based on what I read here the other day I went out and got some of the ArTec smoothing shampoo and conditioner. I tried it this morning and I'm pretty amazed. It has certainly left my hair soft! I hope it doesn't have some ingredient that damages it by making it so soft because I really like the feel. I've been using good products all along, many of which I'm very pleased with (I use some of Louise Marie Longhair's products that I order from her website-I like them very much!) My hair did not respond well to most of the Aveda conditioners, with the exception of the Bixa color conditioner - but it sure seems to like this stuff! Thanks for the tip - I'll continue using this for a week and see what happens.Deb
Hi Debra,Thanks for the feedback. After reviewing the ARTec ingredients on the Kiwi and the Smoothing bottles I found it to be virtually free of anything really harmful.Today I switched to the Aveda Chamomile shampoo and Cherry Almond Bark and my hair is even better than before. I think maybe it helps to switch out. I wanted to give my hair a day or two of Aveda before I try the ARTec Volume shampoo and conditioner.I have written up my review of ABBA and hope to have it posted in tips and articles today or tomorrow. Now that product has some ingredients that I feel uncomfortable with.Laura Jane gave her thumbs up on the Smoothing ingredients yesterday. So I think ARTec is pretty safe.Enjoy. And keep us all posted. Thanks for sharing.Karen> Well, based on what I read here the other> day I went out and got some of the ArTec smoothing> shampoo and conditioner. That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger or drives you totally insane. :-)
