I am new at this so pardon any errors. I have hair one third down my back and want to let it grow to the waist if possible. It seems it will take forever. It`s been 4 years since the last cut. Are there any guys out there with pics of hair let down to approx waist length? I need some encouragement!

John,

I have been growing my hair from about 3 inches long to now waist length for the past 3 and one-half years. If it is one-third the way down your back, you are probably looking at another couple of years (minimum) before you will start getting close. My hair grows tremendously fast and don`t take anything to help it.... it is just one of those genetic things. I wish I had a picture to post, but most of the photography lately has been of the new grandson.

Just hang in there..... and take care of your locks. That is IMHO is the secret to getting where you want to be.
