Oh I forgot.. I thought about you today as I was out shopping. I went into our salon here that sells Aveda to buy some Witch Hazel hairspray. One of the things I have been wanting to try out. I saw the little trial size bottles of everything. I hadn't noticed them before until you mentioned them. I asked the stylist about the color conditioners..and was told they would not cover gray. So, that answers that question I had or maybe if someone else was wondering. I also noticed the Phomollient had come down in price there. I had paid 18 bucks for my first bottle and now they are sold there for 12 like everywhere else. I can deal with the 12. It's great stuff. They were out of Curessence so I couldn't get a bottle to stash. It's always a pleasure to snoop around an Aveda store.. Cher> Wow.. I just love your article..great job> and great hair. Hi Cher,Thanks, I am glad you liked my story. I sure had fun writing it. As I kept writing, I kept remembering things that I had forgotten about. It was hard to limit myself. Those little bottles are great. They sure make it easy to try out new products. When I read here that the WWBS was having an Aveda sale, I just had to stop in and see what the specials were. I ended up buying a 16oz bottle of the BO. Even with priority shipping, I saved about $80 from buying it at the salon. This size bottle should last me quite a while. I am going to try it out on my mom, too. I think it might help her very dry hair. I still want to try the Phomollient. One of these days I will come up with a reason for doing it, but I am still experimenting with the confixor. Thanks again, Cher. Your opinion means a lot to me. Noreen> Oh I forgot.. Thanks Jenna,How short are you? I wish I could say that my hair is so long because of my dedication, but it is more luck. I was lucky enough to get great hair genes, I have a husband who loves to help me take care of it, and I have great friends here who always give me such great advice that I can't help but have healthy hair. The only thing I have to do is keep scissor happy stylists away from it. And even that is easy to do. I just stay home and let my husband trim my hair...:-)Take care. Hi Noreen!I am 5"2. Yes, you are very lucky you have such wonderful people who help you take care of your hair. I am fortunate to have my mom trim my hair for me. I try to keep away from those awful people who take pleasure in cutting my hair, and I do have stories to tell! You are a truly an idol for me. And at 18, you have shown me what dedication is all about. Thank you for taking the time to share your life with us.Jenna
