I cut my hair into a bob a month ago. Although I like the style I wish I had my hair back! The next time I have the urge to cut my hair I'll just buy a wig! I was wondering what are some of the best products I could use to promote hair growth.

Hi,Sorry about your hair. There is no guaranteed "fast grow" magic pill for hair that is proven. There is a lot of current industry talk about a new fish oil supplement from Europe but the long term effect of using the pill is not yet known. I don't know enough about it personally to recommend it.The best way to grow your hair the fastest (which is determined by your own biological capacities for growing hair) is to do the following:1. Trim hair of split ends every 8-10 weeks2. Eat healthy3. Get plenty of sleep4. Take Vitamin B & C & E5. Avoid fat, sugar, caffeine & alcohol as much as possible6. Eat a diet high in vitamins and nutritions. Choline & Inositol have been proven to help in the metabolism of hair both directly and indirectly. It has been proven to help maximize your potential growth rate. The relationship of choline and inositol to growth of hair in animal experiments has been proven.Inositol is an essential growth factor for normal cells including hair follicle cells. Because of the essential role that choline and inositol play in the growth and proper nutrition of hair cells, it is helpful to include both of these important compounds in your diet to help with hair.Foods with InositolSoy lecithin, Torula yeast, Peas, Chickpeas, Beef, Grapefruit, Brown Rice, Beans, Sunflower seeds, Wheat germ, Alfalfa, Lentils, Cantaloupe, Oranges, Barley, Strawberries, Peanuts, Cabbage, Veal & liver, Cauliflower, Blackstrap molasses, oats, whole wheat, human milk.Foods with CholineSoy lecithin, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, egg yolks, green beans, chickpeas, soybeans, molasses, lentils, green peas, split peas, alfalfa, cabbase, barley, brown rice, torula yeast, bran, brewer's yeast, liver, asparagus, cavier, peanuts, flaxseed, eggs, spinach, lamb, potatoesI personally have had good luck eating seaweed or taking Kelp tablets with my hair. Nothing spectacular, but definitely it grows to its maximum of 1/2 inch per month and that helps a lot.Best wishes,KarenPS. Unfortunately it takes years to grow our hair and only seconds to be rid of it. How long was your hair before getting it cut? I know my daughter cut her hair off last spring. Her hair was almost waist length. She was sorry also..even kept her braid the stylist cut off. She also is patiently waiting for her locks to grow back.. I think treating your hair kindly and patience is the key! Good luck.. Cher~
