I heard from the hair sytlist that split-end stop hair growth, how can that be? the hair is dead after it leave the skin, it has no blood vessels nor lymph fluid in it. So how can a split-end tells a 20 inches of hair to stop growing? I know hair goes into a phase of grow and stoping.thanks
