good salon in Seattle, WA

Hi there...any suggestions on a particular salon or stylist in Seattle, WA? I am trying to grow out my hair and would hate to go to a stylist who would get "artistic" and chop off all of my long months of torture trying to get it to grow....Thanks,Sonya(P.S. it seems now here in Seattle even the lower end salons have "jazzed" up the front of their stores to entice customers but inside they're like a "Supercuts" or something like that...scary!)
