Help! Major frizzies!

I need any suggestions possible. My hair is beaded and it seems there is absolutly nothing I can do with it so I always wear it up. Having it long is what i want but I HAVE to curl it and when I do it ends up going straight and poofy. When i had it short it constantly frizzed and became extremly big. I've struggled with this for quite some time. Straightening it didn't work really either. Any help or ideas would would be greatly appreciated as to what styles or products would work...thanx.
