Buying Aveda products

Can anyone tell me where is the best and cheapest site on the internet to buy Aveda products? Please don't tell me World Wide Beauty Store because I'm not a "gold" card member. I'm interested in a site that has great service as well as the best prices on Aveda products.Thanks!Kara

Hi Kara,There used to be about 10 places on the net that would sell Aveda. Including WW Beauty. Aveda came down on all the sites like a ton of bricks and forced several of the sites that only sold Aveda to close. The reason that WW Beauty has the gold card membership deal is because many of the major companies like Aveda and Matrix would not let Mickhael sell direct on the Web. That was his only option to keep Aveda available through the Net. I know it seems like a rip off, but as a gold card member, I made my fees back in my first daily special purchase.However, the only site that I know of that still sells Aveda is Beauty of A Site. I can not tell you if they are good or bad because I have never used them personally. Their prices are the lowest I have seen, other then what I can buy at WW Beauty.With my gold card I can get Aveda much cheaper than at Beauty of a Site so of course being a cheapskate I still shop at WW Beauty. However, I know that Beauty of A Site has good prices compared to the retail world and even some of the other shopping sites that may still have Aveda...although I am not sure which ones are still carrying them.Aveda is very agressive about not letting sites sell with major discounts because they have all their concept salons that compete and Aveda is worried that it will drive the prices down. So they have been going after Internet sites that sell direct to the public.If I find any other Aveda sites I will post it here.Best wishes,KarenPS.
