What ingredients will fade haircolor?

Please, can somebody give me a definative list of what ingredients in shampoos & conditioners are harmful to haircolor? I know that glycerin,mineral oil & sodium lauryl sulfate are bad, but, what about sodium laureth sulfate? Does it make a difference if this ingredient is naturally derived? My latest shampoo, Paul Mitchell's "The Wash", lists sodium laureth sulfate as being derived from coconut. What about ammonium lauryl sulfate? So many chemicals!! I would really love to know once & for all, what to avoid in order to keep my color bright as long as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,Kathi
