Dance hair do's

I saw a do that might "do" for you. The lady had taken the front part of her hair (a section of hair from the top of one ear, to the top of her head and back down to the top of the other ear) and divided it into 8 equalish parts. She had loosely rolled each part until it laid along her scalp (front to back) and pinned it in place with fancy bobby pins. From the front it looked like this ^^^^^^^^ (except not so pointy and her head wasn't flat!)
