Can someone explain to me exactly how I should use Curessence? I've washed my hair with Shampure and used Curressence as a after shampoo conditioner but I'm wondering if it's supposed to be a deep conditioner? And how does it compare to the Deep revitalizer also by Aveda? I'm going to get the grown up sized bottles this weekend and I'm trying to decide which to get. Also, has anyone used the Shampure in conjunction with Artec's Smoothing conditioner? Thanks for your help!

Hi Niki,I use Shampure and Curressence most of the time. I use the Curressence just as a conditioner, leaving it on for 5 minutes or more after I shampoo. There are others who leave it on for longer (a few hours or more) and find that that works great too. I guess it depends on how dry and damaged your hair is. I have also used the Shampure with the ARTec smoothing conditioner and liked the results. I also like to mix the ends of conditioners together to see what results I get, and the Curressence with the Smoothing conditioner worked great.Take Care,Noreen> Can someone explain to me exactly how I should use> Curessence?
