Dear Karen,Recently I've been ill & diagonsed with CFS, I feel really horrible, anyway I have noticed quite an amount of hair fall ,(more than usual) especially after a demi the ends are dried out ,I'm really upset as my hair was doing quite well, also My Boyfriend bought Spencer's book,& Saw Palmetto & in Australia we cannot buy it in the correct ratios, but I've found Green Tea is making me feel better, also I've found another use for the tea, I spray it on my scalp & it stops itching!!!!, but I'm worried about my hair as it seems every time I brush or comb or even run my fingers through it & it falling out from the root!!, as a Hairdresser I know I should know not too stress as it is heading towards Fall even though it is still really hot as in 38c, any advise is welcome.Thanks.Simone.(C).

> Dear Mimi,I am sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. It can be extremely exhausting, both mentally and physically.I saw the reference to Green Tea and I had to say something. Do not drink this tea in excess. If you begin to experience nausea, dizziness, insomnia or just feel peculiar, cut back on the amount you are drinking. A friend of mine in Hong Kong warned me about the backlash which this tea can have. Everybody is different. If you can obtain a book called Prescription for Nutritional Healing (2d edit.) by Balch and Balch, I think they have some suggestions you might consider. All the best,Jade21Dear Karen,> Recently I've been ill & diagonsed with CFS, I> feel really horrible, anyway I have noticed quite an> amount of hair fall ,(more than usual) especially> after a demi the ends are dried out ,I'm really upset> as my hair was doing quite well, also My Boyfriend> bought Spencer's book,& Saw Palmetto & in> Australia we cannot buy it in the correct ratios, but> I've found Green Tea is making me feel better, also> I've found another use for the tea, I spray it on my> scalp & it stops itching!!!!, but I'm worried> about my hair as it seems every time I brush or comb> or even run my fingers through it & it falling out> from the root!!, as a Hairdresser I know I should know> not too stress as it is heading towards Fall even> though it is still really hot as in 38c, any advise is> welcome.> Thanks.> Simone.(C).

>Hi, Simone! You are very welcome. If you are looking for a very soothing tea, try some decaffeinated Black Currant. It is fruity, but not acidic like some citrus teas can be. It has a rich body and encourages you to relax. I love to have a cup of it in the evenings.Take care of yourself and hope to see more posts from you in the future.Bye for now,Jade21Dear Jade,> Thanks for the fast reply & advise, I had noticed> since drinking green tea I felt quite weird as in> light headed, I put it down to me being a> hypercondriate!!, well thanks to you I know I'm NOT!!> ,so once again thanks now my mind is at rest!!> Simone.(C). :)> I am sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with
