Has anyone ever heard of a hair product called Vitapoint?A friend of mine said that the women in her office use it and swear by it. What is it, how do you use it , what does it do for your hair and is it worth buying? THANKS!

THis is a really good conditioner for dry hair. I use it and love it. It makes my hair silky. It's definitely worth buying.

i am not exactly sure what is in Vitapointe, but it is what i call a cream hairdressing. my boyfriend, who has wavy hair that is unruly and tends to dryness, will use nothing else in his hair - he has never found anything better to condition/control his hair. i, however, have only used it once as a leave-in when my hair was particularly dry, and i did not like it. but, my hair is a completely different type - it is stick straight and tends to oily when not washed at least every other day - and vitapoint is simply too heavy and greasy for my hair. if your hair is wavy/dry, give it a try, its fairly inexpensive (available at many drug stores) and just might be perfect for your hair.

> Where can you buy it and who makes it?Thanks for your posts! I'm going to give it a try. I have very dry hair. I think Eckherd drug store has it. I've never seen it at Walmart or Kmart etc.

Kenya Lite (sp?) has the same ingredients as Vitapoint. Since moving to the southern united states I sometimes have trouble finding Vitapoint. I have seen no difference in the results of these products.

Doesn't Vitapointe have a twin in Alberto VO5 conditioning hairdressing?
