I thank everyone who responded to me about me relaxing my hair after taking out my braids. I have been told to condition and give my hair hot oil treatments for at least a month. The only problem is what hairstyles can I wear. My hair is soft but on the afro side. I find it impossible to hotcomb my hair because I sweat in my head. Therefore, this will leave my hair extremely kinky. Can anyone recommend something that I can use that will make my hair manageable. Something that will make my hair straight. I can't keep these braids in any longer. I thank you all for your response.
I have natural hair and I am currently wearing my hair in small individual two strand twists. I have the front part of my hair cornrowed or you can also flat twist it and then just put the twists in the rest of your hair. I have gotten lots of compliments on this style and you can wear it up or down depending on how long your hair is. Hope this helps!
