I have been taking it for a month now,and its improved the over all strength of my hair and nails,it also has helped it to grow alot, it boosts my energy level to,plus I have arthritis in my wrists and its helped with the pain,I read an article about it in a magizine, its really good for alot of things like for the(heart,bones,teeth,swollen gums,heartburn,muscle aches,and strains,headaches,).
