I READ AN ARTICLE SOMEWHERE THAT PABA COULD HELP TURN GREY HAIRS BACK TO THEIR NORMAL COLOR. I ORDERED SOME IN 100MG BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY TO TAKE. I'M ALSO TAKING 1200MCG OF BIOTIN- IT'S SUPPOSE TO HELP YOUR HAIR GROW FASTER. I DO KNOW THAT MY FINGERNAILS ARE GROWING AND THEY ARE HARDER. I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP. THANKS K
I was taking about 900mcg a day for about 4 weeks then I ran out and I just received my new shipment. I also ordered the Paba and I took 2 100mg starting today.

Also, I read that a deficiency of Inositol has been shown to cause gray hair. I, too, read that Biotin promotes hair growth. If you take that much PABA, I would recommed that you split it up into at least three smaller doses during the day, or most of it will be eliminated in one urination.
