Hi! I got Viviscal a few days ago. How long will it take to see results? Are there any bad side effects? The woman who sold it to me said she saw results in a couple of weeks.Thanks,Shannon
I've been taking Viviscal for 9 months now. I've yet to see results, but at first I was taking only 2 pills a day. Now I am taking three a day. I've been doing this for the last 6 weeks and I still haven't seen any faster growth. (And I'm measuring VERY carefully!) I'm going to take the rest of what I have and if I don't see results I'm going to discontinue. Hopefully this product does actually work - maybe it just isn't going to work for me.Debra

Hi, Shannon! I took Viviscal toward the beginning of this year for nearly two months and saw results within three weeks or so -- my hair was growing rapidly, and I finally got rid of some layers (never mind that I just had more cut in last month -- LOL!). I was thrilled, needless to say. My nails also grew faster, but so did my leg hair. . .not a biggie, however. I love the product, but misplaced part of my second package (sometimes it's a disaster area around here) and haven't as of yet had the money to replace it. Is it a good product? You bet! I love it. I just didn't like some of the budgeting I had to do in order to swing the cost. :) Do try to check out our reviews, as Regina suggested, so as to hopefully find more answers to your questions. It is too soon to say if H37 works or not. Maybe if I continued with the Viviscal it might have done the job but it costs too much. I will keep you posted on H37. Hi, Debra!I saw your post and wondered whether you might respond to a combo I recommended to a friend who had similar results with Viviscal as you did. She had been taking the stuff for about 6 months and just threw in the towel.I recommended that she try eating plenty of fish as her protein for her evening meal, trout or salmon. Then, I told her to eat plenty of broccoli and cabbage. She is in good health and takes some supplements, but her eating habits are poor. I also told her to take either kelp or the oceanic silica(red algae) which I have been taking. There's something about the trace minerals in sea vegetables. She alternated between the two.
