hi all!!i plan to spend nearly the entire month of july in taiwan, a trip to which i am very much looking forward. my question is: which hair products should i bring to combat the change in weather?think really, really hot and really, really, really humid. its been a number of years since i have visited but i remember odd things happening to my hair (which had been newly permed) and my scalp on my last trip.my hair is just about bra strap length, very straight and in good condition right now. my current routine is: artec's smoothing shampoo and conditioner almost daily (alternating with neutrogena t-gel for dandruff one or two days); aveda's beautifying oil overnight once a week; and a clarifying shampoo followed up by a deep conditioning once a week. i blowdry my hair about once a year and use styling products (silicone shine serums, gels, aveda hair elixer, aveda volumizing tonic) about once or twice a month. the last chemical treatment was a home coloring kit about october 1997. my hair is "normal" in thickness, and tends towards being a little oily at the scalp, a little dry at the ends and i get dandruff at the slightest change in weather.should i add or take away any products or modify my routine in any way to adjust for the different climate? also i probably will be wearing my hair up nearly the whole time to attempt to stay cool, if that makes any difference.i would appreciate any suggestions especially regarding specific products. i have considered trying phytomoelle and/or phytopointe, but would hate to spend the money only to find out they are not the correct products.thanking everyone in advance,JJ
