I was using Nature`s Bounty hair vitamins. The first bottle worked great. Then I decided I didn`t want to grow my hair out and stopped taking them. ABout a month ago I started taking them again and I don`t think they are working anymore. Well not as GREAT as they did the last time.
Can your body get use to them? Should I try a different brand?

{sigh} Hair vitamins don`t make your hair grow any faster than it naturally can. If you are healthy and consuming every nutrient your body needs, then vitamins of any kind will not make your hair grow faster.

However, unfortunately many of us today do not receive all the vitamins and minerals that our bodies need. Thus, when people start receiving the vitamins and minerals it needs, the hair will then resume its "natural" growth rate. If someone sees an increase in hair growth, it simply means you weren`t getting everything your body needed in the first place.
