I have to blow dry my hair or else it either frizzes or goes flat so I'm looking for a leave-in conditioner that also protects hair from heat. I'd rather not use a spray since these tend to leave my hair sticky.

It does not leave my hair sticky, either. I have found that I don't have to use very much, about a dime to nickel sized application seems to be best for me. Then I concentrate it on the bottom half of my hair, which is most vulnerable.Regards,Clare

I've heard that Paul Mitchell Seal and Shine is a good heat protectant, but I've not used it. Has anyone used it?
