hair in eyes...but can`t pull back yet

Hi...i`m currently growing out my hair and i`m like 1 inch away before i can actually pull my hair back into a pony tail. Unfortunently my hair is keep on getting into my eyes cuz i always drive w/ windows down and stuff like that and its rather annoying...many times i am tempted to cut it but i remember how much i hated my hair short.

Are there any ideas that I could do to pull my hair back but not look weird (i`m a guy and w/ curly hair...hard for me to not look weird in all the other ways i have tried.)

hehe whenever i want to disturb people and get weird looks i use the claw clippies in my hair;) it looks really weird hehe...I went to one of my work meeting`s like that before and they usually always want me to cut my hair and i never do...surprisingly enough they never said anything about it
