I wish my hair would grow real fast and all most every celeberity cut there hair short they can make it grow back very fast want do they use to make it grow back real fast could you help me and tell me.or is there any kind of vitamsI could take or any I could do or eat to make it grow faster.

I think much of the time what you are seeing is hair extensions. They are really popular right now, and many people do get taken in for a celebrity having fast growing hair, when really they are adding extensions. I think from what has been said about viviscal (a "hair-growing" supplement)here on HB no one had much results with it.Sorry I couldn't be of more help.Holly

I take a multivitamin, a complex amino-acid tablet, a biotin tablet and a super b-complex capsule and the results are working. I've noticed my hair grows a little more every month and my nails are growing faster than before, but I've been on my regime for over 4 months. also check the site (linked on the HB home page) for Hair Formula 37! i just started taking these specially formulated vitamins, since I heard so many great things about the results. A review of this product recently appeared in HB. This may be the thing for you!

Prenatal vitamins work well for the strength and overall health of your hair and it is only one pill. Also helps your nails. Treat your hair well, brush the natural oils through it daily and you'll have the length of hair you want in no time. Good luck!
