I permed my mom's hair for her about 2 months ago. She didn't like the curls quite as much as she thought she would, but unfortunently the curl hasn't loosened at all since I put the perm in. Is there any chemical-free way to permenently loosen the perm? She uses Natures Gate Tea Tree Oil Shampoo and Conditioner daily. Please help! She wants her old style back.
