Asian black hair to brown - Please Help William

If neither, what> do you think is the best solution?> Thanks so much!To Guma:Without knowing how long your hair is;(this would give me an idea of the total number of times that your hair has be processed). If in the professional judgement of the stylist your hair is in fact sound enough to be lightened and toned, I would use an 'oil type' on the scalp type of bleach and lighten to the desired level and then tone as desired,(probably with multicolored shades) to give a more natural textured color rather than a monotone solid appearing color.william
