I am sitting here, doing my favorite after-the-kids-go-to-school morning routine...drinking coffee and cruising Hairtalk and Beauty Buzz. Today, I have Queen Helene Cholesterol deep conditioner on my head with two plastic caps and a just-from-the-dryer towel on. Am I the only one that loves this product? It's inexpensive, it conditions, and I've always been happy with the results.

It doesn't seem to be posted on the board and a couple of my other messages are. So, I'll try again. I haven't tried the conditioner, but I have used the mint scented shampoo which is supposed to remove hair product buildup and residue. It was "ok" but nothing to rave about. I was happy with some of the Queen Helene facial prouducts, especially the honey almond or honey oatmeal face scrub. I think I will give the conditioner a try. Thanks, SHERRI

My cousin is a beautician and she recomended it to me. My sister and I both used it for awhile and it really does a good job of conditioning. The only thing I didn't like about it was the smell: it wasn't bad, just not particularly good. I'm glad it works for you! I use the Queen Helene RX-18 Clarifying Shampoo occasionally to remove buildup, and it seems to do a good job (it takes a ton to get a good lather, though). My fiancé likes the Rum scented Egg Shampoo which is very conditioning, but it smells too strongly for me.

I tried a bottle of the Queen Helene and didn't like it that much. It didn't condition my hair that well and made it ratty when I got into windy situations. I noticed a huge difference when I switched to another conditioner. Now, I have very dry hair so it may not work best for my hair type; but as for my OPINION, it didn't work for me...unless I used it wrong?
