i'm brushing the sh!t outta my hair and all i am seeing is layed down hair a little bit of curls by the forhead i want them all around

and do you need to let your hair grow ?
and if so how long and lenth ?

Grow your hair 3-4 weeks then cut it.

i USE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS CUZ LIKE JIGGA MAN i LIKE THAT LOW FRESH CUT...BUT THE MORE YOU BRUSH WHEN UR HAIR IS THICK, AND GROWING..WHEN YOU GET A CUT YOU'LL BE SATISFIED(DARK CEZ)
