hot topic: excess color

i've noticed several people posting messages about their hair coming out too dark after a coloring treatment, and thought i'd throw this out as a possible option:Aveda makes a product called Hair Detoxifier, which is specifically designed to remove excess color and product build up. I have never tried this product, but if it is like everything else I've tried in the Aveda line, I suspect it's excellent.
