please give me some suggestions..

My hair is cut into an all one length bob that barely touches my shoulders and I have a little bit of short bangs. It makes my all ready very round face look like a balloon!! I am slowly losing weight after having a baby in April and would like a cut that helps my face look thinner. Anyone have any ideas? Not willing to go too short though, maybe an inch or so from shoulders.Thanks!
