I was wondering if anyone read Poula Begun's book "Don't Go Shopping for Hair Care Products Without Me", and if you did what did you think of her comments and advices ?

She's definitely biased towards a lot of products. I may not agree with her choices, but I like her books because she goes into detail about ingredients. I also like the section that has all the products a company makes and the prices. It makes a good reference book!

I've only started reading her book on hair care, but if it's anything like her other books, I will be extremely satisifed! Every suggestion I've used on skin care from her books has benefitted me greatly -- especially about the BHA and AHA products for the face. HUGE difference. Also, she recently came out with skin care products, and although I rarely use one line of products exclusively, hers are just so superior that they're all I use since I have very sensitive skin. I have to admit I'm a big fan of hers.And I am anxious to read what she says on hair!
