The white hairs are driving me crazy!

HI Tyaraif sounds to me like what you need to do is a double-process: bleaching the root area, tehn applying color to that area, then (for less time) to the whole hair length.In general, double-process is not something you want to do at home. It's too tricky and easy to make a mistake. I suggest you go back to the place you originally went for your color.Also, William (famous pro of this board) has excellent advice on hair coloring and techniques. His article is on this web site--you may want to look it up. It explains all the different processes in hair coloring and why some are more conplex than others.good luck :) silvie

You may even want to do a search on this site to see some of the advice/tips he's specifically given to women who ask for hair color advice. Some are similar to yours. You may even want to email william directly, explaining to him exactly what it is you want to do. I've noticed he's extrememly responsive and helpful.In any event. do get a friend to help you out.
