Hi! I cut my relaxed hair into a natural about 5 months ago, but I haven't really known how to take care of it. I think this is why I've had trouble growing it--I only have two inches so far, and the split ends drive me insane; I always have a pair of scissors handy. In the past couple of weeks, however, I've discovered this website and naturally curly (and Jade 21!), and have invested in the following Aubrey products: Rosa Mosqueta shampoo & conditioner, JAY shampoo and the Jojoba and Aloe conditioner. I've also bought some jojoba oil and shea butter. All this is a big switch from thinking that b/c I don't have a relaxer anymore, I can use anything in my hair.I've only used the Aubrey a couple of times, butI think I really like them! I love that they're all natural, and they leave my coarse hair a little curlier.I have a couple of questions, though:1. I only use shampoo, conditioner and oil in my hair, and I'm looking for an all-natural product (from Aubrey?) or something non-drying or damaging that will act as a gel, or something like that; I'm not sure what I'm looking for, but I want the curls I see when I step out of shower all day long instead of...fuzz a couple of hours later. Suggestions, please!2. I work out 4-5 times a week, and so far, the consensus seems to be that I still only wash it one-two times a week. I'm worried about the sweat sitting in my hair and drying it out. Then again, I don't want to strip it by washing too many times. Any advice?3. Lastly, I just wanted to say what I have been doing, and see if anyone has any suggestions/modifications (I just started about a week and a half ago):-wash two times a week (with JAY and J&A cond.-put jojoba and shea butter on at night (w/ a scarf)-weekly hot oil treatments with the jojoba and shea butter; haven't done this one yet, but plan to start this weekend--I guess I heat 'em up, put on my hair, use a warm towel for 15 min, rinse, then wash, right???4. I lied!!! One more question: I'm thinking about getting the HF 37; are there any side effects, i.e. is is possible to overdose from taking too many vitamins? Thanks for any help, it's greatly appreciated!-LQ
