I want to know the best way to help my hair grow faster. What shampoos, conditioners or other hair products should I use. Should I take Hair Formula 37? or maybe something elese? Has anyone tried taking pills to help teir hair grow and how did they work?stacy
> I dont know much about pills to take, but what really worked for me is to take really good care of your hair. Use a really nice shampoo and onditioner like infusium 24, dont brush it when its wet, protect it from the wind and metal in hair ties. This works because your hair grows at the same rate most of the time. what keeps it from growing longer is how fast it breaks off at the ends. Also when you wash your hair, massage your scalp. That stimulates the folical. Oh and theres a product called long hair by Lanza ( at hair salons) It has humane hair proten in it and is suppose to have good results.. Hope it helps :)

Stacy,Please refer to my replies to "Can this hair be saved" and "Need a really good moisturizing shampoo/conditioner". I think those tips also help in growing longer hair.I don't mean to keep sounding like I'm disagreeing with you, Amie. I just know from experience that these products can damage some people's hair-but it might work great for you. I caution you though to maybe rethink how much silicone you're using. From others posting on Hair Talk awhile back, they had many problems when using silicones over time. Some had problems even right away. I just thought you should know.Holly
