I have a question for all the stylists out there. In the town I live in a salon perm varies greatly in price. Some salons charge less than $30, while some salons charge more than $75, just to start. Of course, if you have long hair it will be more expensive. The question I have for you stylists; is there a rhyme or reason between price and quality in a salon perm?
