QuoteReplyTopic: To anyone who's emailed Aubrey Posted: January 12 2000 at 6:12am
I emailed them two weeks ago asking for samples and then I emailed them again the next week and still haven't heard anything from them. I realize they're probably busy but they haven't even acknowledged my emails. How long did it take anyone else to hear from them?
Roberta,Something is wrong. Someone e-mailed me about this a few weeks ago. I would suggest that you call 1-800-AUBREY H and request the samples.Personally, I think the lack of e-mail from them is VERY RUDE.Bye for now,JadeI emailed them two weeks ago asking for samples and> then I emailed them again the next week and still> haven't heard anything from them. I guess that's why they didn't bother emailing, but I still think it was rude to just ignore it. I'll definately call back next month though. Thanks Jade!> I emailed them two weeks ago asking for samples and
Hi,Well not only did they not answer my email but I left a phone message with Dr. Aubrey's secretary that I wanted to interview someone fromthe company for the Hair Boutique and they never ever called me back. Although I love their products this definitely changed my opinion of them somewhat. So they may be busy but I think they should return emails and phone messages better than they seem to.Thanks for the input.Best wishes,Karen> I emailed them two weeks ago asking for samples and> then I emailed them again the next week and still> haven't heard anything from them. That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger or drives you totally insane. :-)
> It seems to be touch and go. I e-mailed them this week and got a response the next day. Susan Hussey, the VP of marketing and advertising was the one to answer my e-mail. Maybe you could try e-mailing her directly by putting her name in the subject section. She seemed to be quite frinedly and customer service oriented. Good luck.
Does anyone have any ideas about dressing up short hair? I recently got a pixie cut, like Sharon Stone in "The Muse". My wedding is in July,I hate pearls but would like something sparkly.
Hi! I ordered from their website, saw the products cheaper elsewhere, so called the customer service line. Eventually got through and transferred to an individual who was out and left a message. I was told I would be called the next day. I got no message so called again two days later, at a different time. The individual was out again, I left another message, and was assured I would be contacted within 24 hours. Nothing again, so I called again. Before being transferred I explained my problem and was told they were very busy and that if the products came to just send 'em back. So, I never got a response from Aubrey at all - but I never got those products, so maybe my messages got through. I do love what I did eventually buy at cheaper prices! I just hope I never have to deal with the company itself again.Briony.
