I know this is not a hair care question but I'm curious if anyone has tried this product and were they happy with the results?!
Regards,

Sue

> I know this is not a hair care question but I'm> curious if anyone has tried this product and were they> happy with the results?!Funny you asked I wanted to ask the same question. I live in Canada so with the exchange rate, shipping expense and cost when I picked up the package ran about 85 dollars. I just sent it back today for 19 dollars.(total cost over 100) The product was ok the bottles were smaller than I had expected and I thought it smelt really mediciney. I used it for three weeks because it took so long to come I was trying to make the 60 day money back policy. It made my face extreamly tight, really red and I broke out more because the peroxide stregth is so strong. I cut down on how often I was using the repairing lotion but I still looked like a red flaky bumpy mess. I have now ordered the Serious Skin line which is for more sensitive skin. Remember even in the book you get with pro activ acne is not curable but some products can help calm it down. My face is extremly sensitive so maybe if your face is not so sensitive it will work for you. Good luck and let me Know how things work for you.

I ordered the 5pc skin kit, the 4 million iu's cream and another kit with lots of creams and bath milk. I will receive my kit in about a week and I hope it works.Sherry

> Sherry,> Are your skin problems due to the ProActiv or were you> trying the ProActiv to get *rid* of your skin> problems?> AlexandraTo Alexandra,I was trying Pro Activ to get rid of the acne that has just been popping up more and more often, not just once a month. My face was always clear as a teen now I am 25 and I always have at least a bumpy patch on my forehead some on my chin and around my nose. I have been to the dermatologist manytimes and his prescriptions have burnt my face. The problem I had with Pro Activ was the acne never went away I got more after using it for three weeks and it left my face red, tight and flakey but still with the acne. Instead of my usual few zits. The worst is the itchy dry feeling and the red doesn't cover with make up it's like a sun burn. So I just suffer with my few patches of bunps. I am not a festering pizza face I just want clear skin.Have you used this or do you Know of something I should be using?

Hey Sherry,I was just going to suggest that you see your dermatologist--I feel goofy now! :-) What has he/she given you to use?I know what you're going through, though. About this time last year, I started breaking out constantly. Finally went to the dermatologist in January and ta da! I have acne (at 20!). He put me only some antibiotics and some creams, but it turns out that I unluckily have stubborn acne. So now I'm taking Accutane, the mother of all acne drugs. It actually dries up your oil glands--this is the first time ever I haven't had an oil well on my face, hair, etx. My face is clearing and *staying* clear, and this is worth the niggling, but bareable side effects (Jade21 knows all my woes with this--Hey Jade!).Please harrass your dermi until they help you! Chances are that you *can* get rid of this, or at least control it without burning your skin.Take care,Alex
