Is it okay to a different Semi-permanent color over a Semi-Permanent color that was applied a week ago? I don't want to ruin my hair.

Although, sometimes a semi will get a bit darker and or more intense that soon due to the fact that your hair is more pouris. Semi's still lift the cutical.

Most semi-permanent colors are very gentle, and some even result in a better feeling overall condition. Colourshines by Sebastion, for example: they are non damaging and give the hair a nice shine.
