friend should wear duct tape since in a while

Where is Red Green when we need him with the handy dandy duct tape?
Anyways I blow off steam the other day. I have known Pierre almost all my life. ( too long lol) His mother, my mother know each other and we been to school together, church etc. Anyways you might get the idea that he is kind of my brother type of thing. Anyways his wife, and our other female friend was there sitting down looking at pictures of wedding dresses and hairstyles that I was thinking of getting for my wedding. Pierre walks in with this other guy and right after serving them coffee his wife shows him my choices for the wedding. Pierre pipes up and says" I think you should cut your hair". I said" I think you should just keep quiet, drink your coffee and if you really have a thing for cutting hair you should cut your wife`s hair because she only grows it because she hates finding hairstyles and really doesn`t care about her hair being long as she told me many many times. I on the other hand loves having long hair and plans to grow it longer if I can . He sat down on his chair like someone just hotglued him to it and stared at his wife. Then I looked at his wife and said" Am I right?" she nodded as to agree that she is the one that hates long hair. Then I tossed a Christmas orange to him and told him that next time he should make sure his brain is engaged before opening his mouth.
Seriously don`t think he will ever talk to me about hair cutting again in life or I will physically remove him from his chair and shove him in the snow bank. Menwhile the female friend was telling me all morning before Pierre shown up how pretty I looked with long hair. She never seen it loose and the other male was very quiete as he knew better. Too much caffeine? lol Or maybe its a case of too many french people in a room! lol Coffee is at his house next time.

My girlfriend isn`t mad that her hair isn`t as long as mine, she is frustrated of having it cut all the time and haven`t find something that she really likes so she prefers growing it to not deal with the issue. It is the best of two horrible issues for her. She just ties in a ponytail.
For my male friend Pierre well I didn`t take it personally because it was just his opinion. Everyone has an opinion what they think looks good. It doesn`t mean they are right.
