I just built a new house practically across the street from the old one, but the water hair seems to be making my hair flat. They both have city water and no water softners, so I don't know what can be causing the difference. My hair has become really flat and lifeless. I know it has to the water and not something internal because it happened the first night in the house.Does anyone have any ideas?Rachael
