I am taking them now and to honest with you I have not noticed a difference at all. On the site it says you have to take then for 90 days before you start seeing results but they have twice the vits and mins as HF37 and it only takes 30 days to see results from that. I don't think I am going to wait 90 days. If I don't see any change in 30 days I am going to stop taking them. This is day 18. I will keep you posted.-DJ
