Continued from my previous post...

Is there a way to make my highlights look lighter? My hair was striiped of color first and then highlighted. I was thinking that if I used a shampoo like Prell that it might lighten the color. Right now the highlights are a light medium brown and i want it to be a brown to be more noticable. Any ideas?
