Yes, it is avaliable in Canada. My friend bought it for me for my birthday, but seriously, don't waste your money. It doesn't work worth crap.
I don't rely on it for straightening because it doesn't work. At all. But it does, however, make your hair really soft and frizzless after using a flat iron I find, so I use it for that. As for heatless, tool-less straightening? Useless.
If you still do want it, try Trade Secrets, Picassos...any salon really. Just ask you hairdresser, and they'll let you know.
