Any suggestions out there? I have to be able to use it every other day without too much build up.

Personally I love Aura Almond Cherry Bark conditioner (from Sally Beauty.) Unfortunately it smells so strongly of licorice that you have to really, really like the scent. I recently got hooked on Nolita conditioner (a Graham Webb product that I buy from Trade Secret.) It is a bit on the pricey side but moisturizes really well.

You can try Garnier Fructis conditioners or Pantene Pro-V conditioners, and a good weekly deep conditioner would be cholestrol deep conditioning cream.  I love that product!  It really works my hair wonders.
