could jus use this stuff called noxema. it cleans and breaks up the oils and grease witout dryin the skin out. i dont have a pic but it comes in a blue thing

1)Wash your face after putting the durag on so you won't get the acne soap into your hair.

or

2)You can also put lemon juice directly on the pimple...it works. Then wash it off after 30 minutes, I fell asleep with a dab of lemon juice on 1 pimple i had and then it was gone when i woke up.

or

3)Wash your face with LUKE WARM water (to open up the pores and release dirt)and a gentle cleansing soap (ex. african black soap, neutrogena facial cleanser) then rinse it off with COOL water to close the pores
