It depends if youre looking for color, Oribe on 5th avenue is a good choice. I am half asian... I had my hair colored and highlighted and they were the only salon that didnt leave me with orange hair. They are on the pricey side though.

hi,

I've had my hair cut at at hoshi coupe several times when I visit NYC. They have always done a great job. I've also heard of another salon called "Hair Kuwayama"...but I've never had my hair done there.
