heyy..
do you think if the hair is about my eyebrow level, i can braid it? or should it be by my eye level? plus, you know any instructional guide or watever to do braiding? hehe i dunno how much will it cost me to do it in a salon etc!

This is maybe not exactly what you're looking for, but if you don't know at all how to braid, it may help:

This shows you how to braid long hair, but if you want short braids, you will have to do basically the same thing, only with small straight rows of hair. It may be very difficult to braid hair that short, you may want to practice on someone else with longer hair, or on a doll until you get the technique down.
