Need hair color advice

I'm dark skinned person(you can call African decent). I love dark colors and I'm into the total heavy metal;rock phase.My hair has been black ever since I was able to dye it myself but I want to do something thats totally me. I want to put streaks in it and I was thinking about red or blue. I have a complextion that is probably the same color as halle berry and dark color compliment me. I need some advice on what to and maybe some more colors. Can ya'll help me?
