Redken Shades timing, and Shades Above?

Hi - I have two questions... the first one's a compound question tho':

- What's the recommended processing time for Redken ShadesEQ clear? Is heat *preferred* or is there any reason that a longer processing time with no heat is in any way preferable? (Talking about fine, silky colored hair here that likes sealing.)

- Is Shades Above a product or just a special mix of ShadesEQ processing liquid and color (or in my case, clear) plus some mystery third ingredient?
